Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy Link-Win (the "Service") helps stores manage LINE or Web memberships, store points, direct referrals, reservations, and required service notices. The Service is primarily intended for stores and users in Japan. Non-Japanese pages are reference translations. If there is any inconsistency, the Japanese version prevails. 1. Information We Collect To provide and operate the Service securely, we collect: - LINE user identifier (UID), display name, and profile image - Information required for Google/email, Passkey, and other authentication or identity verification - Store membership, registration, withdrawal, and direct-referral relationship information - Purchase amounts, points earned, used, or expired, and related history - Reservation date and time, party size, public reservation number, status, notes, changes, cancellations, and visit history - For store-entered reservations, the temporary guest name and any email address or phone number entered voluntarily - Store administrator email addresses, login information, staff names, and reservation, notification, and other settings - Inquiry details, system usage records, notification records, and security logs 2. Purpose of Use We use this information to: - Display and manage member cards, store points, direct-referral rewards, and usage history - Create reservations, check availability, make changes or cancellations, process visits, and let stores manage reservations - Send reservation confirmations, changes, cancellations, reminders, point issuance, use, direct-referral, expiration, account, and security service notices by email or LINE - Allow store administrators to support customers, review usage, and process point settlement - Handle fraudulent use, operational mistakes, incidents, disputes, and inquiries - Improve the Service, analyze usage, and maintain records required for legal or accounting purposes 3. Sharing With Store Administrators When a user registers with or books a specific store, the Service displays to that store's administrators the display name, membership status, purchase, point and direct-referral history, reservation details, and contact information entered for that reservation. Store administrators may use this information only as necessary for their own store's reservations, points, direct referrals, and customer support. They may not use it externally, sell it, provide it to third parties, or export it for another purpose. 4. Third-Party Services We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. The Service may use LINE, Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Upstash, and other external services. These services may process information as necessary for authentication, hosting, data storage, payments, email or LINE notices, scheduled processing, and security checks. 5. Deletion and Retention When a user leaves a store, membership for that store stops, available points are expired or hidden, and future system reservations are cancelled. Purchase, point movement, reservation, notification, operation, and similar records may still be retained as necessary for transaction confirmation, point-balance consistency, inquiry handling, fraud investigation, accounting or legal records, and security. A temporary guest's name, email address, phone number, and notes entered by a store are anonymized 180 days after the reservation ends; reservation time, party size, source, status, and anonymous statistics may be retained. A completed reservation linked to a transaction may retain a non-directly-identifying relationship to that transaction. If a user leaves all stores, identifiers such as a LINE UID are anonymized or deleted to the extent technically possible. 6. Contact For inquiries about this policy, please contact: support@mail.linkwin.solotob.com Support hours: Weekdays 10:00-18:00, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays Expected response time: within 3 business days after receiving the inquiry
Reservation contact details: a member must enter a reservation name and phone number when creating a new reservation. They are used to identify the reservation and let the store make contact when necessary, and are displayed to that store's reservation staff. The Service does not perform SMS verification or identity verification. If the member leaves that store, the reservation name and phone number are cleared and future reservations are cancelled. A store address or phone number entered voluntarily by the store is shown only on the reservation page of the member who has a confirmed upcoming reservation.
The public homepage, practical guides, and product demo use a random session ID that lasts only for one browser session to measure and improve the experience. We record allow-listed UTM fields, the referring domain, demo steps viewed, back/replay/complete/sign-up actions, and feedback submitted voluntarily. Only when a new store administrator account is created after that valid session do we associate the store ID with the acquisition source and review, at store level, access-mode selection, store settings, store-QR access, membership, direct-referral, settlement and reservation records, and whether paid service credits were purchased. Promotion tables do not copy customer names, contact details, LINE UIDs, or purchase amounts. We do not store full IP addresses, raw User-Agent strings, keystrokes, or screen recordings. Anonymous events, acquisition-source details, and free-text feedback are deleted after no more than 90 days, after which the source cannot be reconstructed. The store ID, classification, and milestone records remain while the store exists and are reviewed by service administrators for classification and improvement.
